I am an enthusiastic and professional Web Designer, who enjoys being part of, as well as leading, a successful and productive team. I am quick to grasp new ideas and concepts, and to develop innovative and creative solutions to problems. I am able to work well on my own initiative and can demonstrate the high levels of motivation required to meet the tightest of deadlines. Even under significant pressure, I possess a strong ability to perform effectively. I am keen to achieve further professional development in my career, programming languages and software knowledge.
I am adaptable, self-motivated and responsive in my working approach. I am currently working as a E–Store IT Specialist for a company called Milestone Corporation Ltd based in Marlborough, who own Bosieboo and Urchin, a children’s online and catalog distribution company, where I update, maintain and manage both of the companies websites in UK and Sweden, which demands a wealth of web experience; including technical, creative and usability knowledge as well as product and graphic design. I have a wide skill–set that makes me an asset to have on any web development or graphics team, working on projects from initial briefs through to final implementation. My strengths lie in XHTML/CSS hand coding, graphic design, web usability and accessibility, web standards and promoting good working practices in front-end web development.
